Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, based on LEVEL UP SERVICES's legitimate interest in handling business inquiries addressed to it.
Recipients and hosting
Data is processed by a serverless function hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform (Google Ireland Limited)), and forwarded to the sales team by email via a transactional email provider (Resend). No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Data submitted through the form is kept for as long as needed to process the inquiry, then deleted; the exact retention period will be confirmed once the internal sales process is finalized.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, contact us at contact@lvlup.email.
